1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Xopino ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Xopino provides AI-powered video analysis services that allow users to:
- Analyze YouTube video content
- Generate summaries and insights
- Engage in AI-powered discussions about video content
- Take and manage notes related to video content
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
5. Subscription and Payment
Service Plans
Xopino offers both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free plans have usage limitations
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your personal PayPal account settings
Non-Refundable Services
All fees paid for the use of our services are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. Once any plan is subscribed, refunds are not available.
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, either in whole or in part. No refunds or credits will be provided for:
- Partial periods of service
- Downgrades to lower-tier plans
- Unused service features or credits
- Early cancellation of subscription periods
Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in the event of documented billing errors.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew. We do not offer refunds or credits for any prepaid, unused subscription periods.
Digital Service Nature
Our service provides access to digital software and AI-powered analysis tools. As these are digital services and not physical products, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This policy is standard practice for Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xopino and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Xopino be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
